Getting ready, travel and Day 1 of #altc

If you are getting ready to travel to the conference, we’ve summarised some key points below to help your journey to the venue and getting set for the first day (you will also have received this information with your joining instructions):

Upon arrival

On arrival you will need to go to either:

• Conference Park Reception, Students Union Building, number 4 on the map – for parking permits, luggage store, accommodation key pick up (after 14.00 only)
• Exhibition area, Warwick Arts Centre, number 1 on the map – for registration

Registration (Exhibition area, Warwick Arts Centre, number 1 on the map)

• Sunday: 18.00 to 19.30
• Monday: 08.30 to 17.00
