Late registration

Registration is now closed. If you haven’t yet registered please complete this Microsoft Document (.docx) Form  and email your completed form to . We will then be in touch to confirm your late registration. 

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made in writing on or before 11th August 2015 will be eligible for a full refund minus a £50 cancellation charge. Cancellations made after 11th August 2015 will not receive a refund. Substitutions are allowed if made in writing (either by email to or by faxing your request to +44 (0)1865 484165) before 31st August 2015.


Accommodation is not included in your registration fee, this will need to be booked directly. There are many hotels within walking distance of the conference venue, the Premier Inn and the Britannia Hotel both have rooms from around £60 per night.

Social Programme

The Gala Dinner will take place on the evening of Tuesday 8th. The Learning Technologist of the Year Awards 2015 will be presented on the evening of Wednesday 9th.

Conference fees

ALT Members are entitled to over 20% off as shown in the overview of fees below:

  • £546 Full conference (3 days + all social events): with membership discount
  • £710 Full conference (3 days + all social events): NO membership discount
  • £229 Single days (1 day, no evening social events): with membership discount
  • £298 Single days (1 day, no evening social events): NO membership discount

Members of the Conference Committee are entitled to a £50 discount on full conference/£20 discount on single day attendance. There is no discounts for presenters.

Making multiple bookings

If you’d like to make multiple bookings you should complete the registration form for each individual and either pay online or provide us with a PO/Ref number against which to invoice you. You can use the same PO/Ref number for multiple bookings. If you are not the person attending, you can provide us with your own email address together with the invoice details at the bottom of the form. We will then email the invoice to you directly.

How to pay

You can pay online via PayPal (you don’t need a PayPal account) or offline via invoice or direct bank transfer. Please quote the name of the person registering on all payments.

Confirmation of attendance

If you require a confirmation letter of your attendance, please make your registration and complete your payment. Contact Anna Davidge for further information.
