Not long to go now until we welcome the first participants in Warwick. With many attending the conference for all three days and staying on campus, here are some tips for making the most of your time and keeping active:
- Gym and sauna: If you are staying on campus, you can use the University of Warwick gym, swimming pool and sauna for free during your stay – just take along a room key as identification. Find out what’s available and opening times here;
- Run, walk or cycle: Or why not team up with other participants for an early morning runs, walks or cycle ride? There are designated routes for different distances, starting with a 3km route around the campus;
- Recharge and rest: located in the Exhibition Area is a recharge station where you can safely recharge devices. Right next to the station is seating and tables for those moments when you want to catch up with emails or have a quiet coffee. Casual seating is also available throughout the venue for when you need a quiet moment;
- Keep hydrated: Water is freely available throughout the venue and additional refreshments are served in the Exhibition Area. Should the weather be warm, take extra drinks to your sessions if needed.
