University of Liverpool, Vine Court BuildingAccommodation is available on campus for the duration of the conference and you can book it directly via the registration form (£61 per night). The contemporary accommodation is at Vine Court, which is 4* campus accredited by VisitBritain. Each double en-suite bedroom is equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and hair dryer, with access to shared lounge, kitchen facilities and TV. The accommodation is located at the university campus, within easy walking distance of the conference venue. The cost of the accommodation includes a full English breakfast. Because of the large proportion of participants who contribute to the programme (, we are unfortunately unable to offer a discount for presenters. If you are only able to attend a particular day and are uncertain when your presentation is scheduled, please register for your preferred day and we will be able to amend your registration as needed.

Students & bursaries

We are currently looking for sponsorship to be able to offer a discounted rate for students to participate or to provide bursaries for anyone unable to attend otherwise. Any available support will be advertised via this page. Please check back for details.

How to pay

You can pay online via PayPal (you don’t need a PayPal account) or offline via invoice or direct bank transfer. Please quote the name of the person registering on all payments.

Confirmation of attendance

If you require a confirmation letter of your attendance, please make your registration and complete your payment. Contact us by emailing for further information.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made in writing on or before 10 August 2017 will be eligible for a full refund minus a £50 cancellation charge. Cancellations made after 10 August 2017 will not receive a refund. Substitutions are allowed if made in writing (either by email to or by faxing your request to +44 (0)1865 484165) before 25 August 2017.
