Description
This lightning talk addresses questions of sustainability in developing strategies for universities in a digital age. It aims at unfolding the balancing act of designing tailored solutions for universities all the while aiming to facilitate knowledge transfer among different institutions of higher education so as to establish a sharing practice not only among individuals but among institutions. In illustrating the work of the German Forum for Higher Education in the Digital Age, efforts to promote strategic change processes for a digital age will be unpacked, all the while striving to develop superordinate strategies and derive profiles for universities in a digital age. Furthermore, concrete measures of consolidating individual findings for knowledge transfer will be presented.
