Session Description
The session looks at how the blended learning consortium works and how over 100 FE colleges are working in a collaborative democratic partnership to build engaging, interactive online learning content. This will include how the consortium work, the development process, examples of content with opportunities for hands on with BYOD. The session will go on to look at the benefits of this way of working in parternship. It will then how the BLC is working internationally with sister consortiums in Australia and South Africa and potentially Europe and the US. The session will finish with an examination of how such a partnership could work in HE following interest from a number of HE providers.
Session content: evaluation and reflection
This is based on the work of the Blended Learning Consortium. It is a collaborative project that is evaluated regularly through surveys and other feedback from learners and teachers across over 100 member organisations. Summaries of evaluative feedback and Ofsted feedback will also be shared.
