With our ‘full residential package’, there are no hidden costs, your accommodation and all meals are included in the ticket price.

Registration deadlines
- Earlybird registrations ended on 6 August 2023 23:59 BST.
- 3 day full residential, 3 day conference only, day conference only and Gala Dinner registrations will close on Thursday 31 August 2023 23:59 BST.
- 3 day online only package registrations will be open throughout the conference and will close on Wednesday 7 September 17:00.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations made in writing on or before 28th July 2023 will be eligible for a full refund minus a £25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after 28th July 2023 will not receive a refund. Substitutions are allowed if made in writing, (contact us) before 18th August 2023.
Online Only – Cancellations made in writing on or before 11th August 2023 will be eligible for a full refund minus a £25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after 11th August 2023 will not receive a refund. Substitutions are allowed if made in writing, (contact us) before 25th August 2023.
