Their experiences of the evolution of their training offer from identification of key stakeholders to actual use are very useful for anyone who is embarking on introducing a new tool to their institution, assessment related or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Natahsa Nakariakova and Yihua Huang presenting: Beyond Tools and Training:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/P3s1pGfCvlg?si=DO_qnGqPTatH6tQ2&amp;t=1212\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cultural Transformation in Digital Assessment at the University of Warwick.<\/a>&nbsp;Who made interesting use of shadowing within Microsoft Teams to understand how queries around assessment tool related issues play out in real time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Martin Jenkins and Misrah Mohamed exploring the<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/P3s1pGfCvlg?si=HDeUU3EGpcj9RJV9&amp;t=2203\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;Scaling Digital Assessment at Coventry University: From Trial to Institutional Adoption.<\/a>&nbsp;Their use of the Bower and Walker Phased Rollout Process Model to drive institutional adoption is particularly useful for anyone looking to scale the use of a tool from a departmental level to an institutional level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our next webinar will be on the 28th of January and will look at Digital Exams and Paper Script Scanning.
