With the announcement of the retirement of the Jorum service, the UKOER community and indeed the international OER community have been interested to know what this will really mean.<\/p>\n

This webinar will adress these questions by providing an update on the process to retire Jorum and also the status of its resources post-closure. An overview of the new Jisc Content and App\u00a0Store and how this product will will deliver OER with a new approach\u00a0will also be presented.<\/p>\n

Siobh\u00e1n Burke<\/strong>\u00a0is the OER Service Manager for Jisc, running both the Jorum and Hairdressing Training services, working in the Learning, Teaching and Professional Skills team for 3 years. Previously,\u00a0Siobh\u00e1n\u00a0worked for 6 years at the University of Manchester Library and had\u00a0responsibility for delivering electronic resources to the entire university.<\/p>\n
