It forms part of our strategic aim to strengthen recognition and representation for Learning Technology professionals from all sectors.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Building on ALT\u2019s professional accreditation framework, CMALT, which was expanded to include ethical considerations for professional practice and research in 2019, a working group of 120 members has helped define this framework for professional practice alongside tools&nbsp; and resources to help individuals, institutions and industry.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Keep informed and contribute<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Work to further develop the framework is now underway. We invite you to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Keep informed<\/strong>: Members will automatically receive a quarterly update about the new framework.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alt.ac.uk\/about-alt\/what-we-do\/alts-ethical-framework-learning-technology\"><strong>Contribute<\/strong><\/a>: We are actively looking for contributions in order to develop a robust baseline of policies and practice.&nbsp;<br><br>&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Learn from the AmplifyFE Sector Audit Report<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"550\" height=\"310\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/altc.alt.ac.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1112\/2021\/10\/Types-signposts-1.png?resize=550%2C310&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9705 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/altc.alt.ac.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1112\/2021\/10\/Types-signposts-1.png?w=550&amp;ssl=1 550w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/altc.alt.ac.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1112\/2021\/10\/Types-signposts-1.png?resize=300%2C169&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Led by&nbsp; us and funded by Ufi, <a href=\"https:\/\/amplifyfe.alt.ac.uk\/\">AmplifyFE<\/a> launched in October 2020 and already connects over 500 professionals in Further Education and Vocational Education, providing a strong networking community for them to share, collaborate and learn.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/amplifyfe.alt.ac.uk\/audit\/\">annual sector audit<\/a> is a key part of the work we do to support the sector.
