Just to thank ELESIG for inviting us (Roy Williams and me) to present our work on Footprints of emergence at the Summer Symposium. For us it was a very productive session and thanks to all the participants who engaged with drawing footprints.

It was also good to see old friends again and to meet new people.

If you want to know how to teach 600 students practical engineering all at the same time, then don’t miss the recording of the first presentation by Carl Reidsema and Lydia Kavanagh at the University of Queensland. Fascinating and thought provoking.

There were also five short presentations from members, Rob Howe, Fred Garnett, John Harrison, Patsy Clarke and Helen Whitehead, each describing work they are currently engaged in – all very interesting.

So thanks to everyone for a very enjoyable day.
