Bio

I am an E-Learning Advisor in the College of Learning and Teaching (CoLT) at the University of Wolverhampton.
I am the lead coordinator for Turnitin, the university’s plagiarism detection software. My present focus is on evolving the university’s use of Turnitin to support the development of student’s academic writing skills.
At the moment I am also coordinating the migration of our ePortfolio (PebblePad Classic) to PebblePad V5 as well and supporting staff in developing their use of the our new Canvas VLE.
I previously worked in the Further Education and Adult and Community Education sector for 25 years. During this time I supported staff in using information learning technology to enhance the learning experience for students from Entry level to level 5.
I have also project managed a number of technology related projects with a focus on mobile learning as part of LSN MoLeNET and BECTA.
