The programme for OER22 is available online. It contains information on the in-person sessions on day 1 of the conference, and links to the online sessions taking place on day 2 and day 3 of the conference. This page contains information on how to use the interactive programme.
Log in to the Interactive Programme
To log in to the Interactive Programme follow the steps below:
- Click on the ‘Access the Interactive Programme‘ button on the OER22 home page. This will redirect you to the ALT log-in page (if you have not already logged in).
- Enter your ALT username and password and click ‘Log in‘.
You should now be redirected to the Interactive Programme for the conference.
If instead you are redirected to a page that says ‘Registered Users only‘, you may need to log in again on the ALT website, or it may be that you have not registered for the conference. If you have not registered for the conference, you can click the ‘register now‘ button to attend the event.
Navigating the Interactive Programme
All sessions (whether in-person events, or online-only events) are listed in the interactive programme.
You can see all upcoming sessions in the top bar of the programme. You can use the scroll bar to view sessions occurring later in the day. Click the down arrow button to view all sessions for the day.
Click on a session to view more details, and get the link to watch the session online (if the session is streaming online).
At the top of the screen you will find links to view the programme for other days in the conference, view the conference programme sorted by presenters, and links to the ‘Help’ pages on the OER22 site.
Day 1
All sessions on Day 1 are taking place in person. A link will be added at a later point to a recording of the plenary session.
Day 2
Sessions on Day 2 have been pre-recorded and you can watch them via the link in the interactive programme. You can discuss and ask questions about the pre-recorded sessions in the ‘#day2-prerecorded-presentations’ channel. Information on how to join the OER22 Discord channel will be included in your ‘Joining Instructions’ email.
Day 3
30-minute sessions
All 30-minute sessions on Day 3 will be live-streamed on Youtube and you can view these by clicking the ‘Watch’ link on the interactive programme.
To ask questions or make comments during the session, click the ‘Sign on to Chat’ button.
If you have a Google or Youtube account, enter these details on the next screen. You will also be asked to select or create a channel. Once you have done that you can post questions or comments in the comment box.
60-minute sessions
All 60-minute sessions are hosted on Blackboard Collaborate. To access the session, click the ‘Join’ button in the session description in the Interactive Programme.
