This session has been organised by the ALT Scotland Members Group
This session is an opportunity to discuss and discover what is going on with VLEs in Scotland. The session will begin with updates from invited speakers who will briefly share their recent experiences which will be followed by an open discussion. On the panel we have: Louise Jones, Independent Consultant, providing an overview of developments in GLOW for the Scottish schools sector; Jan Low and Joy Howat from Dundee and Angus College with feedback on their upgrade to Moodle 3.3; Mary McCulloch from the University of Stirling talking about their recent migration to Canvas; and Susi Peacock from Queen Margaret University providing some insight to their move from self hosted Blackboard to Software as a Service (SaaS) deployment.
