Melanie is a Senior Academic Developer at Swansea Academy of Learning and Teaching (SALT) in Swansea University. Her HE expertise is in the field of online and distance education. She has extensive experience in the application of Technology Enhanced Learning, most notably with the development of blended learning programmes, integrating ABC curriculum design and the project management of active learning spaces with FE and HE collaboration.
