Joining Instructions

 

We look forward to welcoming you to the 2021 ALT Online Winter Conference, 15-16 December. Whether it’s your first ALT event or you are returning to this festive edition as a seasoned speaker, we look forward to welcoming you and would like to extend a special welcome to delegates attending as part of our scholarship scheme.

Only registered participants have access to the conference sessions. Don’t leave it to the day, and test logging into the interactive programme now so that you can identify any access problems.

We have worked hard to make the Conference engaging, sociable and useful and these joining instructions contain important information to help you make the most of the event.

Information for speakers

Have a look at the Guidance for Speakers and get ready to share your screen during your talk via Streamyard.  You can access our detailed help site at any time. Speakers have received a calendar invite from us with a direct link to their session.

Access to the Conference

The Conference website uses your main ALT/Conference username and password, which you would have created when you became an ALT Member or registered for the event. If you did not register yourself or don’t know your username, you can request a new password/username and if you are still stuck, you can email helpdesk@alt.ac.uk .
