On this page you can find help and information including information about how to use this site. This site is publicly accessible but to use features for creating your personal schedule or connecting with other participants you need to be logged in. If you are not signed in there is ‘Log in’ link at the top of every page. This site uses your main ALT username and password which you would have created when you became a Member of registered for the event. You can request a new password here and if you are still stuck you can email helpdesk@alt.ac.uk.

Our top tips for getting connected
- Login and click ‘My Profile’ from the ‘Participate’ menu to View, Edit and Change your avatar
- Find some friends in the Participant Directory
- Browse the Programme to find sessions you want to follow/attend (find out more about creating your personal schedule)

Useful information for online only participants
You can participate online via the conference platform as well as accessing the live streamed sessions (see the programme for full details) and by joining in the conversation on Twitter or other social networks using #altc.
